Any order received for in-stock merchandise, Monday through Friday will be shipped the next day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification by phone or e mail.
For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer," please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Some items "Shipped From Manufacturer" may have an additional shipping fee.
In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.
**In the event that your order receives a no shipping rate available you will be contacted within 24 hours as to the shipping charge. A higher rate than our base rate of $14.99 will only be charged if the weight of your order is greater than 100 pounds.

That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.
If you should need to return an item contact Golf Clearance Warehouse by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
